Kate Winslet British actress lead the pack of people magazine's 10 best dressed women of 2009,with US first lady Michelle Obama chosen for "Best Accessible Glamour". Although the list released on wednesday doesnt have any numerical ranking, Winslet 33 who won an Oscar in February for playing a dour in The Reader, was deemed to be the best dressed women on the red carpet of 2009 "with her unique brand of sexy sophistication and modern Hollywood Glamour".
